摘　　要：目的探讨血脂及血尿酸检测对老年高血压疾病的辅助诊断效果及其对病情程度评估的价值。方法选取2023年1—12月入院的50例老年高血压患者作为观察组,同时,选取同期接受健康检查的50名健康个体作为对照组,对这两组人群分别进行血脂和血尿酸水平测定,并对检测数据进行对比分析。结果相较于对照组,观察组受检者在总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白和血尿酸的水平上均较高,而其高密度脂蛋白水平则相对较低(P<0.05);观察组患者的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白和血尿酸水平从低风险到高风险逐渐呈现出递增的趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与此相反,高密度脂蛋白的水平则从低风险到高风险呈现出递减的趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用血脂及血尿酸检测可以对老年高血压患者的病情程度作出一定的评估,具有较高的辅助诊断价值。Objective To explore auxiliary diagnostic effect and evaluation value of blood lipid and uric acid detection for elderly hypertension.Methods The paper chose 50 elderly hypertensive patients from January to December 2023 as observation group,and 50 healthy individuals with health examinations during the same period as the control group.Blood lipid and uric acid levels were detected in two groups,test data were compared and analyzed.Results Blood lipid indicators of patients in the observation group showed significant upward trend,manifested by significantly higher levels of total cholesterol,triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol than the control group.In addition,blood uric acid levels of the observation group significantly increased,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level of the observation group was relatively low,with P<0.05.Comparison showed,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,and blood uric acid levels of subjects gradually increased from low-risk to high-risk,showing an increasing trend.On the contrary,level of high-density lipoprotein showed a decreasing trend,comparison was statistically significant,with P<0.05.Conclusion Blood lipid and uric acid testing can provide some certain evaluation of hypertension severity of elderly patients,which has high auxiliary diagnostic value.
