摘 要:目的探讨对小儿支气管炎患儿采用高渗盐水雾化痰液诱导配合无创吸痰法进行干预的效果。方法选取2021年7月—2023年2月本院收治的92例小儿支气管炎患儿为研究对象,根据信封法将其分为试验组和参照组,每组46例。参照组采用常规护理干预措施,试验组采用高渗盐水雾化痰液诱导配合无创吸痰法干预,比较两组患儿临床相关指标,并对两组患儿干预前后肺功能和血气分析指标进行比较,观察两组患儿并发症发生情况。结果试验组患儿咳嗽缓解时间、痰鸣音消失时间、肺啰音消失时间和住院时间均明显短于参照组(t=15.019、12.486、16.301、14.113,P<0.05)。干预后,试验组患儿肺功能第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)和第1 s用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)水平均明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组患儿动脉血酸碱度(pH)值和血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))均高于参照组,二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组患儿并发症发生率明显低于参照组(χ^(2)=5.392,P=0.020)。结论高渗盐水雾化痰液诱导配合无创吸痰法可提高小儿支气管炎患儿肺功能,改善血气分析指标,促进患儿恢复,减少并发症,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of nebulization sputum induction by hypertonic saline combined with non-invasive sputum aspiration intervention on pediatric bronchitis.Methods The paper chose 92 children with bronchitis in our hospital from July 2021 to February 2023,and divided them into the experimental group and the reference group according to the envelope method,with 46 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with routine nursing interventions,while the experimental group with nebulized sputum induction by hypertonic saline combined with non-invasive sputum aspiration.Clinical related indicators were compared between two groups,and pulmonary function and blood gas analysis indicators were compared before and after intervention,incidence of complications were observed between two groups.Results Cough relief time,sputum sound disappearance time,lung rales disappearance time,and length of stay of the experimental group was significantly shorter(less)than the control group,difference was statistically significant(t=15.019,12.486,16.301,14.113,P<0.05).After intervention,pulmonary function of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)levels,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,blood gas analysis indicators of the experimental group were higher than the reference group in terms of arterial blood pH value and SaO_(2) level,while partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))level was lower than the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in the experimental group(6.52%)was significantly lower than the reference group(23.91%),difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.392,P=0.020).Conclusion Combination of nebulized sputum induction by hypertonic saline and non-invasive sputum aspiration can improve pulmonary function,blood gas analysis indicators,promote recovery,and reduce complications of pedia
