摘　　要：目的探讨清单式自制多媒体视频健康教育提高急性缺血性卒中患者自我管理能力的效果。方法选取2022年11月—2023年6月本院收治的急性缺血性卒中患者152例,随机将其分为试验组和参照组,参照组采用常规护理干预措施,试验组则采用清单式自制多媒体视频健康教育干预,比较两组患者干预前后神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力、自我管理能力评分、负性情绪评分,观察两组患者并发症发生情况。结果干预后,与参照组比较,试验组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分更低,日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分更高(P<0.05)。干预后,与参照组比较,试验组患者自我管理技能、自我责任感等维度评分更高(P<0.05)。干预后,与参照组比较,试验组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分更低(P<0.05)。与参照组(11.84%)比较,试验组患者并发症发生率(2.63%)更低(χ^(2)=4.802,P=0.028)。结论清单式自制多媒体视频健康教育可提高急性缺血性卒中患者自我管理能力,改善神经功能缺损状态,提高日常生活能力,减轻负性情绪,减少并发症,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of checklist based self-made multimedia video health education on improving self-management ability of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods The paper chose 152 patients with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital from November 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into the experimental group and the reference group randomly.The reference group was treated with routine nursing interventions,while the experimental group with checklist based self-made multimedia video health education intervention.Degree of neurological deficit,daily living ability,self-management ability scores,and negative emotion scores before and after intervention were compared between two groups,and incidence of complications was observed between two groups.Results The intervention group had lower NIHSS scores and higher ADL scores than the reference group(P<0.05).Scores of self-management skills and self responsibility in the intervention group were higher than the reference group,(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in the experimental group(2.63%)was lower than the reference group(11.84%),(χ^(2)=4.802,P=0.028).Conclusion Checklist based self-made multimedia video health education can improve self-management ability of patients with acute ischemic stroke,improve neurological function impairment,enhance daily living ability,reduce negative emotions,and minimize complications,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
