食管癌患者术后疼痛对排痰的影响及护理对策

摘　　要：目的探究食管癌患者术后疼痛对排痰的影响,并提出相应的护理措施。方法选择2021年8月—2023年8月本院收治的食管癌手术治疗患者98例作为研究重点人群,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性护理,对比两组情绪状态、疼痛程度、护理满意度以及生活质量。结果观察组护理后焦虑量表(SAS)、抑郁量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组无疼痛、轻度疼痛患者人数均高于对照组,排痰有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项SF-36评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将针对性护理应用于食管癌术后患者中,能够显著减轻患者疼痛及负性情绪,提升其护理满意度,对患者生活质量提升有积极影响,有助于患者预后改善,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of postoperative pains on sputum discharge of patients with esophageal cancer and propose corresponding nursing measures.Methods The paper chose 98 patients with esophageal cancer with surgical treatment in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 as key population for study,and divided them into two groups:the control group(49)and the observation group(49),treated with routine nursing and targeted nursing respectively.Emotional state,pain level,nursing satisfaction degree and life quality was compared between two groups.Results Scores of post nursing anxiety scale(SAS)and depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Scores of no pains and mild pains in the observation group were higher than the control group,effective rate of sputum excretion was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,with significant difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing can reduce pains and negative emotions significantly,improve nursing satisfaction degree and prognosis of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer,with positive effect on life quality,which is worthy of promotion.
