规范化管理模式在麻醉药品管理中的实施效果

摘　　要：目的研究在麻醉药品管理中实施规范化管理模式的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年1月在本院使用麻醉药物的100例患者为研究对象。以2023年1月为节点,将其划分为两组,每组50例,分别实施常规管理(2022年1月—2023年1月)、规范化管理模式(2023年2月—2024年1月)。上述管理实施前后相关数据分别纳入对照组、研究组。对比分析两组意外事件发生率、处方不合格率、登记手册不完整率、麻醉药品管理工作效率、满意度。结果研究组意外事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组处方不合格率更低(P<0.05);研究组登记手册不完整率比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组麻醉药品管理工作效率较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规管理,实施规范化管理模式的价值更高,可以提升处方合格率,降低登记手册不完整率、意外事件发生率,缩短核药、核账时间,推广价值高。Objective To study the value of standardized management mode in management of anesthetic drugs,and guide subsequent management work.Methods The paper chose 100 patients treated with anesthesia drugs in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 as examples,and divided them into two groups with center of January 2023,with 50 cases in each group,treated with routine management(from January 2022 to January 2023)and standardized management mode(from February 2023 to January 2024)respectively.Relevant data before and after above management were included in the control group and the study group respectively.Observation indicators included incidence of accidents,prescription failure rate,incomplete rate of registration manual,efficiency of anesthetic drug management and satisfaction degree.Results There was significant difference in incidence of accidents between two groups,that of the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The study group had a lower prescription failure rate than the control group(P<0.05).Comparison showed,incomplete rate of registration manual in the study group was relatively lower,(P<0.05).Efficiency of anesthesia drug management in the study group was better(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management mode can achieve higher implementation value,can improve prescription qualification rate,reduce incomplete rate of registration manual and incidence of accidents,shorten time for drug and account verification,which has high promotion value.
