综合护理在系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎中的应用疗效

摘　　要：目的分析系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎应用综合护理的效果。方法采用多阶段抽样法抽取2020年11月至2023年11月本院收治的60例系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎患者为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组30例。试验组实施综合护理,参照组实施传统护理,研究比较两组消极情绪、生活质量、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果试验组焦虑自我评价量表(SAS)与抑郁自我评价量表(SDS)评分均低于参照组,健康调查简表(SF-36)各项测评分数均高于参照组,并发症发生率低于参照组,护理满意度优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论实施综合护理可明显提高系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎患者生活质量,能有效缓解其消极情绪,可预防并发症产生,进而提高患者对护理的满意程度。Objective To analyze and observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on systemic lupus nephritis.Methods The paper divided 60 patients with systemic lupus nephritis in our hospital from November 2020 to November 2023 into groups with multi-stage sampling method,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing,while the control group with traditional nursing.Negative emotions,life quality,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction degree were studied and compared between two groups.Results SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group,SF-36 scores were higher than the control group.Incidence of complications was 6.67%,lower than the 26.67%of the control group.Nursing satisfaction degree was 96.67%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,with P<0.05.Statistical verification showed data calculation value.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve life quality of patients with systemic lupus nephritis significantly,alleviate negative emotions effectively,prevent complications,and improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
