脑卒中患者早期介入康复训练的护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中患者早期介入康复训练的护理效果。方法选取2021年5月—2022年5月本院收治的114例脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据干预方式将其分为新式组和传统组,每组57例。传统组接受常规护理干预,新式组接受早期康复训练护理干预,分析结果。结果干预前,两组患者的?美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,和传统组相比,新式组患者的NIHSS评分明显更低(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者日常生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者日常生活能力评分均升高,且新式组高于传统组(P<0.05)。新式组护理满意率高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论对于脑卒中患者,实施早期介入康复训练护理能够改善其神经缺损状况及神经功能指标,提高护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To analyze nursing of early intervention rehabilitation training for stroke patients.Methods The paper chose 114 stroke patients in our hospital from May 6,2021 to May 6,2022 as research subjects,and divided them into the new-style group of 57 cases and the traditional group of 57 cases based on difference in intervention methods.The traditional group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the new-style group with early rehabilitation training and nursing intervention.Nursing effect was analyzed.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in NIHSS scores between two groups,P>0.05.After intervention,the NIHSS scores of the new-style group were significantly lower than the traditional group,there was statistical significance between the groups,P<0.05.Before intervention,there was no significant difference in daily living ability scores between two groups,P>0.05.After intervention,daily living ability scores of the newstyle group were significantly higher than the control group,there was statistical significance between the groups,P<0.05.Nursing satisfaction degree of the new-style group was 96.49%,higher than 78.95%in the traditional group,P<0.05.Conclusion Early intervention rehabilitation training nursing can improve neurological deficit and neurological function indicators,and increase nursing satisfaction degree of stroke patients,which is worthy further promotion and application in clinical practice.
