摘　　要：目的探究家庭康复护理在脑瘫患儿护理中的效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月入院治疗的脑瘫患儿100例为研究对象,采用随机表法将其分为观察组和实验组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用常规护理+家庭康复护理的联合护理模式,对比护理后两组患儿相关指标数据的变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肢体恢复评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于脑瘫患儿来说,在使用常规康复护理手段的基础上融入家庭康复护理模式,可形成更加全面科学的护理体系。此举不仅可以为脑瘫患儿提供更好的康复治疗条件和环境,也可以有效改善护理效果。Objective To explore the effect of home rehabilitation nursing for children with cerebral palsy.Methods The paper chose 100 children with cerebral palsy from August 2022 to August 2023 research subjects,and divided them into the observation group and the experimental group with random table method(50 cases in each group).The control group was treated with routine nursing methods,while the observation group with routine nursing and home rehabilitation nursing.After a period of time,changes in relevant indicators between two groups were comprehensively compared.Results Total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Limb recovery scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction degree of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),data difference between the groups was statistically significant.Conclusion It is necessary to combine routine rehabilitation nursing with home rehabilitation nursing for children with cerebral palsy,to form more comprehensive and scientific nursing mechanism,which can provide better rehabilitation treatment conditions and environment,and improve nursing outcomes effectively.
