细节护理干预对CT增强扫描患者碘对比剂外渗的预防效果

摘　　要：目的探析细节护理干预措施在CT增强扫描碘对比剂外渗预防管理中的使用效果。方法选取2020年9月—2023年8月在本院进行CT增强扫描的60岁以上的患者200例为研究对象,按照影像科护理模式将其划分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用细节护理模式。实施两组护理效果的对比分析。结果观察组在CT增强扫描期间碘对比剂外渗总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且以轻度为主。观察组对CT增强扫描期间护理人员提供的各项服务的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在CT增强扫描碘对比剂外渗预防管理期间,应用细节护理干预措施可降低外渗问题的发生率,且可提高患者对所提供护理服务的评价,有较高推广使用价值。Objective To explore the effect of detail nursing intervention measures in prevention and management of iodine contrast agent extravasation of CT enhanced scanning.Methods The paper chose 200 patients aged 60 and above with CT enhanced scanning in our hospital from September 2020 to August 2023,and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing modes in imaging department,with 100 cases in each group,with corresponding nursing modes of routine nursing and detail nursing.Nursing effect was compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Total incidence of iodine extravasation during CT enhanced scanning in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05,which was mainly mild.The observation group scoresd higher than the control group on various services by nursing staff during CT enhanced scanning,P<0.05.Conclusion During prevention and management of iodine contrast agent extravasation of CT enhanced scanning,detail nursing interventions can reduce incidence of extravasation problems,with high evaluations from patients with nursing services,which has high promotion and application value.
