医用颈部保护巾联合心理护理对头颈部放疗患者生活质量、心理健康的影响

摘　　要：目的探究医用颈部保护巾联合心理护理对头颈部放疗患者生活质量、心理健康的影响。方法选择本院肿瘤放疗科2023年1—12月收治的60例头颈部肿瘤放疗患者为研究对象,根据随机分组方式将其分为干预组和参照组,每组30例。参照组实施常规护理,干预组在参照组治疗基础上联合使用颈部保护巾和心理护理法进行干预,对比两组患者负面情绪改善情况和护理满意度及生活质量。结果干预组患者护理后焦虑和抑郁情绪均得到显著的改善,且干预组数值显著低于参照组(P<0.05);在干预组和参照组患者中,两组患者的满意度分别为96.67%和66.69%,干预组患者的满意度显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者生活质量均有改善,但干预组生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论针对头颈部肿瘤放疗患者,采用医用颈部保护巾和心理护理的联合护理法,可以有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,从而提高护理服务的满意度及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of a utility model patent product,medical neck protection towel combined with psychological care on life quality and psychological health of patients with head and neck radiotherapy.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with head and neck tumors treated with radiotherapy in our tumor radiotherapy department from January 2023 to December 2023,and divided them into the intervention group and the reference group randomly.The reference group of 30 cases was treated with routine nursing,while the intervention group of 30 cases with additional utility model patented medical neck protection towel combined with psychological nursing on the basis of the reference group.Improvement of negative emotions,nursing satisfaction degree and life quality was compared between two groups.Results Anxiety and depression of the intervention group was significantly better after nursing,values in the intervention group were significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of the intervention group and the reference group was 96.67%and 66.69%respectively,that of the intervention group was significantly higher than the reference group,data difference was significant(P<0.05).After intervention,both groups showed improvement,but life quality scores in the intervention group were higher than the reference group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical neck protection towel combined with psychological care can alleviate negative emotions of anxiety and depression effectively,improve satisfaction degree with nursing services and life quality of patients with head and neck tumors with radiotherapy.
