摘 要:肝泡型棘球蚴病(HAE)作为一种具有潜在致命性的寄生虫病,可造成正常肝组织不可逆的进行性损害。病灶血管侵犯状态直接关系到患者治疗方案的制订及其预后。常规影像学检查作为评估HAE患者病灶与周围重要血管侵犯严重程度的重要工具,在精准评估预测方面价值有限。近年来,放射组学通过提取影像学特征,可用于预测HAE血管侵犯。本文总结了常规影像学和放射组学在预测HAE血管侵犯方面的研究进展,早期精准评估血管侵犯状态,从而为临床实现个体化精准治疗提供依据。Hepatic alveolar echinococcosis(HAE),a potentially fatal parasitic disease,causes irreversible and progressive damage to normal liver tissue.The status of vascular invasion at the lesion site directly influences the formulation of treatment plans and the prognosis for patients.Conventional imaging techniques,which serve as crucial tools for assessing the severity of lesion and surrounding vital vascular involvement in HAE patients,have limited value in precise evaluation and prediction.In recent years,radiomics,by extracting imaging features,has been employed to predict vascular invasion in HAE.This article summarizes the research progress in predicting HAE vascular invasion using conventional imaging and radiomics,aiming to provide an early and precise assessment of vascular invasion status,thereby informing individualized precision treatment in clinical practice.
