摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种病因尚不明确的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,发病率逐年上升,根据患者病情分为轻、中、重度,不同病情对于后续用药治疗、免疫抑制剂的使用、肠段切除及癌变风险的评估有重要指导意义。结肠镜是评估UC活动性的重要手段,但其属于侵入性检查,部分患者不耐受。随着超声新技术的发展与应用,超声评估UC活动性日益成为一个新趋势。本文就超声在UC活动性评估中的应用进行综述。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic nonspecific intestinal inflammatory disease of unknown etiology,with an increasing incidence of chronic intestinal inflammation ranging from mild to moderate to severe,and different conditions are of important guiding significance for subsequent drug therapy,immunosuppressant use,intestinal segment resection,and assessment of carcinogenesis risk.Colonoscopy is an important tool to assess the activity of UC,but colonoscopy is an invasive test and cannot be tolerated by some patients.With the development and application of new ultrasound technology,ultrasound assessment of UC mobility has become a new trend.This article reviews the application of ultrasound in the assessment of UC activity.
