摘　　要：在妇科恶性肿瘤疾病中宫颈癌较为常见,若治疗不及时会影响患者生命安全,放疗是治疗宫颈癌的主要手段之一,能够改善病情。MRI是临床诊断宫颈癌与评估放疗效果的主要影像学技术之一,MRI检查能够多维度、多方位展现病灶情况,为临床诊断提供准确的病灶解剖学信息。本文对宫颈癌诊断及放疗效果评估中MRI的应用进展进行综述与分析,并展望其应用前景,旨在为临床相关人员提供参考。Cervical cancer is more common in gynecological malignant tumor diseases,if treatment is inadequate to affect the life safety of patients,radiation therapy is one of the main means to treat cervical cancer,can improve the condition.MRI is one of the main imaging techniques for clinical diagnosis of cervical cancer and evaluation of radiotherapy efficacy.MRI can display lesions in multiple dimensions and directions,and provide accurate anatomical information for clinical diagnosis.This article reviewed and analyzed the application progress of MRI in the diagnosis of cervical cancer and the evaluation of radiotherapy efficacy,and prospected the application prospect of this technology,aiming to provide reference for clinical personnel.
