关于抽提蒸馏塔塔顶苯乙烯跑损的原因分析及处理措施

摘　　要：抽提蒸馏塔是苯乙烯抽提装置的核心设备,通过加入的环丁砜溶剂改变了进料中各种组成的相对挥发度,塔顶得到含有少量苯乙烯的抽余油,塔釜得到含有粗苯乙烯的环丁砜,最终把二甲苯和苯乙烯分开。抽提蒸馏塔顶的苯乙烯跑损占整个装置苯乙烯跑损的50%左右,所以这个塔抽提效果直接决定了整个装置的苯乙烯收率。系统地分析了苯乙烯抽提蒸馏塔顶跑损的影响因素,通过制定一系列措施,稳定控制参数的稳定,最终达到了降低抽提蒸馏塔顶苯乙烯跑损的目的。The extraction distillation column is the core equipment of the styrene extraction unit.The relative volatility of various components in the feed is changed by adding sulfolane solvent.The extracted oil containing a small amount of styrene is obtained from the top of the tower,and sulfolane containing crude styrene is obtained from the tower kettle,and the xylene and styrene are separated finally.The styrene loss at the top of the extraction distillation tower accounts for about 50%of the styrene loss in the whole unit,so the extraction effect of the tower directly determines the styrene yield of the whole unit.In this paper,the factors affecting the top loss of styrene extraction distillation tower are analyzed systematically,and the purpose of reducing the top loss of styrene extraction distillation tower is achieved by making a series of measures to stabilize the stability of the control parameters.
