摘 要:填料塔的分布器安装、固定形式各不相同,如有直接放置在规整填料塔上,安装方式虽然简便,但对填料安装的要求较高,支撑架上方的填料层如果没有压紧,填料层之间有缝隙会导致其在使用后发生变化,破坏调整好的分布器水平度,使得塔器的分布效果变差甚至损伤填料,难以满足实际生产需求,不仅增加设备的维修费用,还影响了生产进度。为解决现有技术所存在的上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种填料塔的分布器安装结构,通过将填料和分布器分开单独设置,可使分布器长期保持良好的水平度,可有效减少检修次数,提高填料塔的工作效率。The installation and fixing forms of distributors in packed towers are different.If they are directly placed on regular packed towers,although the installation method is simple,the requirements for packing installation are high.If the packing layers above the support frame are not tightly pressed,there will be gaps between the packing layers,which will cause changes after using,damage the adjusted distributor levelness,and even damage the packing,making it difficult to meet actual production needs.This not only increases equipment maintenance costs,but also affects production progress.To solve the above-mentioned problems in the existing technology,the present utility model provides a distributor installation structure for a packed tower.By separating the packing and the distributor and setting them separately,the distributor can maintain good levelness for a long time,effectively reducing the number of maintenance times and improving the working efficiency of the packed tower.
