摘 要:碳纳米管作为导电剂加入电极后构建的独特导电网络可提升电池的倍率、散热性能、循环寿命等,进一步提升综合性能。碳纳米管导电剂适用于如三元、钴酸锂、磷酸铁锂、锰酸锂等不同体系和硅基负极等。采用四探针法表征正极极片的纵向穿透电阻,通过测试不同碳纳米管导电剂加入量下的正极极片电阻,绘制碳纳米管导电剂加入量的极片电阻曲线,从而确定碳纳米管导电剂加入量的阈值,为下游电芯厂制造过程提供建议添加量[1-3]。The incorporation of carbon nanotubes(CNT)as conductive agents into electrodes forms a unique conductive network,enhancing battery performance metrics such as rate capability,thermal management,and cycle life,thereby improving overall performance.CNT conductive agents are suitable for various systems including ternary materials,lithium cobalt oxide(LCO),lithium iron phosphate(LFP),lithium manganese oxide(LMO),and siliconbased anodes.The four-point probe method is employed to characterize the through-plane resistance of the cathode sheets.By testing the resistance of cathode sheets with varying amounts of CNT conductive agents,a resistance versus CNT content curve is plotted.This allows for the determination of the threshold amount of CNT conductive agents required,providing recommended addition levels for downstream cell manufacturers.
