摘　　要：通过设置管道是否带料、采用不同的工艺参数和考虑不同含量物料对透照的影响等情况的对比试验,探索优化X射线检测的工艺参数,验证了管道带料射线检测的可靠性及有效性。射线检测能发现管道对接焊缝的未熔合、气孔和咬边等典型缺陷。Through the exploration and optimization of the process parameters of X-ray detection,and the consideration of the influence of different contents of materials on the transillumination,the reliability and effectiveness of the pipeline belt ray detection are verifi ed.Radiological detection can fi nd typical defects such as unfusion,stoma and bite edge of pipe butt weld.
