摘  要:余热锅炉利用生产过程中的余热产生蒸汽,但也会排放氮氧化物、颗粒物等污染物。为应对这一问题,新型减排技术不断涌现。催化燃烧技术通过提高燃烧效率来减少有害排放;烟气再循环技术优化燃烧气氛,进一步降低污染物产生;纳米材料在减排中的应用展现了其独特的物理化学性质,有助于减排和能效提升;先进的热能回收系统则实现了能源的高效利用。这些技术不仅显著降低了污染物排放,还为化工行业的绿色转型提供了技术支持。Waste heat boiler uses waste heat in the production process to produce steam,but it also emits nitrogen oxides,particulate matter and other pollutants.To deal with this problem,new technologies to reduce emissions continue to emerge.Catalytic combustion technology reduces harmful emissions by improving combustion efficiency;Flue gas recirculation technology optimizes combustion atmosphere and further reduces pollutant generation.The application of nanomaterials in emission reduction shows its unique physical and chemical properties,which contributes to emission reduction and energy efficiency improvement;The advanced heat recovery system enables efficient use of energy.These technologies not only significantly reduce pollutant emissions,but also provide technical support for the green transformation of the chemical industry.
