摘  要:准确快速测定碘量的方法对保护人类健康具有重要意义,传统的分析方法中存在样品准备复杂,需使用有毒化学试剂,前处理步骤繁琐,化学反应复杂易受干扰,分析时间长等问题,笔者选用经典的电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)法对昆明市碧鸡街道某村土壤样品中碘含量进行测定。降低空白干扰、优化测定条件,测试空白标准偏差S为0.0047μg/g,检出限为0.014μg/g,检测下限为0.056μg/g,均<0.2μg/g,相对标准偏差RSD在0.41%~2.78%之间,精密度RSD<10%,对数偏差ΔlgC在0.000~0.019之间,准确度ΔlgC <0.05,符合《地质矿产实验室测试质量管理规范》(DZ/T 0130.4-2006),该方法具有高灵敏度、高分辨率的特点,绿色环保,能够对地球化学样品中碘含量快速、准确测定。The accurate and rapid determination of iodine content is of great significance for the protection of human health.The traditional analysis methods have some problems,such as complicated sample preparation,toxic chemical reagents,complicated pre-treatment steps,complicated chemical reaction and easy interference,and long analysis time.The author selected the classical inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method to determine the iodine content in soil samples of a village in Biji Street,Kunming City.The test blank standard deviation S was 0.0047µg/g,the detection limit was 0.014µg/g,and the detection limit was 0.056µg/g,all<0.2µg/g,the relative standard deviation RSD was between 0.41%and 2.78%,and the precision RSD was<10%.The logarithmic deviationΔlgC is between 0.000 and 0.019,and the accuracyΔlgC is<0.05,which conforms to the Quality Management Standard for Geological and Mineral Laboratory Testing(DZ/T 0130.4-2006).The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity,high resolution,green environmental protection,and can quickly and accurately determine the iodine content in geochemical samples.
