摘 要:原子荧光光谱法(AFS)是一种高灵敏度的分析技术,该方法基于汞原子在特定波长下的荧光强度来定量,具有操作简便、检出限低和响应速度快的特点。为了准确测定水体中的汞含量,需要精确的样品处理、实验条件的优化及有效的数据校准。介绍了原子荧光光谱法的基本原理和设备配置,阐述了样品采集、实验条件优化及校准与标准曲线的建立方法,旨在为水环境汞污染的监测和评估提供技术支持。Atomicfluorescence spectrometry(AFS)is a highly sensitive analytical technique,which is based on thefluorescence intensity of mercury atoms at a specific wavelength.It has the characteristics of simple operation,low detection limit and fast response speed.In order to accurately determine mercury content in water,accurate sample handling,optimization of experimental conditions and effective data calibration are required.In this paper,the basic principle and equipment configuration of atomicfluorescence spectrometry are introduced,and the methods of sample collection,experimental condition optimization,calibration and standard curve establishment are described in order to provide technical support for monitoring and evaluation of mercury pollution in water environment.
