微纳米纤维包芯纱制备及其电致发光性能

摘  要:为解决纤维基电子显示器件多层结构制备的难题,采用一步法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/ZnS:Cu^(2+)/镀银锦纶包芯纱,即将镀银锦纶作为芯纱,PVDF/ZnS:Cu^(2+)作为皮层,采用共轭静电纺丝技术在镀银锦纶上包覆发光层,并对其各项性能进行测试与表征。讨论了PVDF与ZnS:Cu^(2+)无机发光颗粒质量比对包芯纱可纺性及其各项性能的影响。结果表明:在PVDF/ZnS:Cu^(2+)/镀银锦纶包芯纱中,ZnS:Cu^(2+)颗粒通过PVDF微纳米纤维的物理缠结作用包覆在镀银锦纶上;在PVDF与ZnS:Cu^(2+)质量比为1∶4时,ZnS:Cu^(2+)在纱线中负载量最大;在0.0075 V/μm、2 kHz交流电激发下,包芯纱亮度达到3.30 cd/m^(2),4 h内变化小于10%;包芯纱的断裂强度为16.718 MPa,断裂伸长率为46.588%,弯曲刚度为0.026 cN·cm^(2),具有较好的柔性和可穿戴性,在制备可穿戴柔性显示器上具有较好的应用前景。Objective Flexible thin film display devices have inherent challenges in reduced stability and comfort.Luminescent fibers have excellent flexibility and deformability and thus are suitable for the preparation of wearable display fabrics.In order to further address the challenges in the preparation of luminescent fibers,coating luminescent materials on yarns using conjugated electrostatic spinning technology was explored.Method Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)spinning solution was prepared by using a solvent system of N,N-dimethylformamide and acetone.The spinning solution mixed with inorganic luminous particles was prepared by adding different mass ratios of luminous particles into polyvinylidene fluoride spinning solution.Conductive silver-plated polyamide was used as the core yarn and PVDF/ZnS:Cu^(2+)functional layer was wrapped on silver-plated polyamide using the electrostatic spinning core yarn technology as the skin layer with a micro-nano fiber yarn machine.The properties of electroluminescent yarn were tested and characterized,and the influence of different mass ratio of luminous particles on spinnability and properties of electroluminescent yarns was discussed.Results The inorganic luminescent particles were well entangled on the surface of silver-plated polyamide on electroluminescent yarns with six mass ratios.The average diameters of the polyvinylidene fluoride micro-nanofibers for the six mass ratio yarns(1∶1,1∶1.5,1∶2,1∶3,1∶4,1∶5)were 0.51,0.50,0.67,0.42,0.41,0.61μm,respectively.The average diameter of the ZnS:Cu^(2+)luminous particles was 20.07μm.The entangled luminous particles on the yarn increased with increasing mass ratio of luminous particles.The fluorescence microscope images showed that the inorganic luminous particles were uniformly distributed on the yarns,and the average fluorescence intensities of the yarns with six different luminous particle mass ratios of 1∶1,1∶1.5,1∶2,1∶3,1∶4 and 1∶5 were 108.372,117.935,137.347,139.865,148.301,147.013,respectively.The FT-IR a
