摘　　要：目的 构建医疗机构医疗废物管理工作评价指标体系,为评价医疗机构医疗废物管理工作提供客观标准。方法 2023年5-10月,梳理临沂市辖区内医疗机构的医疗废物管理工作评价备选指标,应用改良德尔菲法,开展两轮专家问卷咨询,对指标进行综合评分,计算评分的均数、标准差、变异系数、满分比,最终确定医疗废物管理工作评价指标及其权重。结果 两轮专家咨询问卷回收率均为100%(22/22),两轮咨询专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数分别为0.91、0.92,专家意见协调系数在0.052~0.185。两轮专家咨询最终确定了包括一级指标4项、二级指标9项、三级指标41项的医疗机构医疗废物管理工作评价指标体系。结论 应用改良德尔菲法构建的医疗机构医疗废物管理工作评价指标体系客观性、实用性和可操作性较强,可为评价该项工作的优劣提供客观依据。Objective To establish an evaluation index system for medical waste management in medical institutions, so as to provide objective criteria for assessing the management of medical waste. Methods From May to October 2023,the evaluation indicators for medical waste management in medical institutions within the jurisdiction of Linyi city were sorted out.The improved Delphi method was applied to conduct 2 rounds of expert questionnaire consultation, and the indicators were comprehensively scored.The mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and full score ratio of the scores were calculated to finally determine the evaluation indicators and their weights for medical waste management. Results The response rate of the 2 rounds of expert consultation was 100%(22/22),the positive coefficient of the 2 rounds of expert consultation was 100%,and the authoritative coefficients were 0.91 and 0.92,respectively;The coordination coefficient of expert opinions was between 0.052 and 0.185.After 2 rounds of expert consultation, the evaluation index system for medical waste management in medical institutions was finally determined, comprising 4 primary indicators, 9 secondary indicators, and 41 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system for medical waste management in medical institutions developed using the improved Delphi method demonstrates strong objectivity, practicality, and operability, providing an objective basis for assessing the quality of this work.
