摘　　要：在当前软件技术迅速进步的背景下,零代码技术日益成为政府信息化部门快速构建轻型政务软件的关键工具。这些技术通过简化软件开发流程,有效应对政府采购流程的特殊性以及传统软件开发中的低效率和长周期问题。零代码技术,凭借其直观的拖放和可视化操作,大幅缩短了应用开发周期。文章深入分析了零代码技术在数字政府和智慧城市信息化项目中的优势与挑战,提出了创新的项目管理策略和方案,旨在为行业专业人士提供实用的参考和指导。In the background of the rapid progress of current software technology,zero-code technology becomes a crucial tool for government information departments to quickly build lightweight government affairs software.Through simplifying the software development process,these technologies effectively deal with the particularities of government procurement processes and the problems of poor efficiency and long cycles in traditional software development.Zero-code technology,with its intuitive drag-and-drop and visual operations,significantly shortens the application development cycle.This paper deeply analyzes the advantages and challenges of zero-code technology in digital government and smart city information projects,and proposes innovative project management strategies and solutions,aiming to provide practical reference and guidance for industry professionals.
