摘　　要：随着核能技术的快速发展,核工程在全球范围内得到了广泛应用,与此同时,核工程劳务人员的管理问题也日益凸显。文章针对核工程劳务人员管理系统的设计与实现进行了深入研究,分析了当前核工程劳务人员管理的现状及存在的问题,介绍了此系统数据访问层、应用层、表示层的相关设计,阐述了系统具备的性能。黑盒测试表明此系统完全符合设计要求,通过信息化、智能化的手段,实现了对劳务人员信息的全面管理,为相关领域的实际应用提供了有力支持。With the rapid development of nuclear energy technology,nuclear engineering is widely used in the world.At the same time,the management issues of nuclear engineering labor personnel are becoming increasingly prominent.This paper conducts in-depth research on the design and implementation of the nuclear engineering labor personnel management system,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of nuclear engineering labor personnel management,introduces the related design of the system's data access layer,application layer,and presentation layer,and elaborates the performance of the system.The black box testing shows that this system fully meets the design requirements.Through the means of information and intelligence,it realizes the comprehensive management of labor personnel information,and provides strong support for practical application in related fields.
