混凝土路面非粘结薄层罩面与隔离层性能研究

摘  要:对于损坏较严重的路面,传统维修方式造价高、工期长、交通开放时间久,而非粘结薄层技术提供了一种新的解决方案。针对水泥混凝土非粘结高性能薄层罩面结构,研究了土工布材料参数(厚度、颜色)和玄武岩纤维掺量对整体路面性能的影响。研究结果表明,土工布颜色相同时,其厚度越大,变形值就越大,缓冲作用越明显,隔热性能也就越好;厚度相同时,黑色土工布的隔热性能更好,使用较厚的黑色土工布可以有效改善行车舒适度,减缓温度传递,提高路面使用性能;玄武岩纤维可以在一定程度上增加混凝土路面非粘结薄层罩面的抗压强度和抗折强度,当玄武岩纤维掺量为0.3%时,混凝土路面非粘结薄层罩面的力学性能最好,承载能力最大。For severely damaged road surfaces,traditional repair methods are expensive,time-consuming,and have a long traffic opening time.While unbonded thin layer technology provides a new solution.The influence of geotextile material parameters(thickness,color)and basalt fiber content on the overall pavement performance was studied for the non bonded high-performance thin-layer overlay structure of cement concrete.The research results indicate that when the color of geotextile is the same,the thicker the geotextile,the greater the deformation value,the more obvious the buffering effect,and the better the thermal insulation performance;When the thickness is the same,black geotextile has better thermal insulation performance.That using thicker black geotextile can effectively improve driving comfort,slow down temperature transfer,and enhance road performance;Basalt fiber can increase the compressive strength and flexural strength of unbonded thin layer overlay on concrete pavement in a certain degree.When the content of basalt fiber is 0.3%,the mechanical properties are the best and bearing capacity is the maximum.
