北京市杨梅竹斜街人流量和环境行为研究

摘　　要：近年来,超大城市中心城区的发展方向转变为城市更新,而在城市更新过程中如何保护城市的历史文化遗产并提升居民的生活品质是民众关注的重点。杨梅竹斜街作为北京市大栅栏街区的一部分,既承载着丰富的历史文化内涵,又面临空间功能退化、设施老化等问题。为助力历史街区的保护与发展,分析了杨梅竹斜街的人流特征、空间使用模式与环境要素的互动关系,从而提出了微更新策略。研究结果表明:杨梅竹斜街的人流量呈现明显的时空特征,其对慢行出行友好,反映了街道空间环境的设计在支持慢行交通方面的有效性;以步行和自行车为主的慢行交通方式占据主导地位,与街道的物理形态和交通设施相吻合,展示了街道环境对行为模式的引导作用;从使用者需求出发,提出的更新策略改善了该街道的空间设计和管理。通过引入更具活力的公共空间微更新策略,来平衡历史文化保护与现代功能需求的冲突。In recent years,the development of the central urban areas of mega cities has shifted towards urban renewal.How to protect the historical and cultural heritage of the city and improve the quality of life of residents during the process of urban renewal are key concerns for the public.Yangmeizhu Xiejie,a part of the Dashilan district in Beijing,not only carries rich historical and cultural connotations,but also faces problems such as spatial functional degradation and aging facilities.In order to assist in the protection and development of historical districts,the interactive relationship among the pedestrian flow characteristics,spatial usage patterns,and environmental elements of the street was analyzed to propose a micro renewal strategy.The research results indicate that the pedestrian flow of Yangmeizhu Xiejie presents obvious spatiotemporal characteristics,which are friendly to slow traffic and reflect the effectiveness of the street’s spatial environment design in supporting slow traffic;Slow traffic modes dominated by walking and cycling are in line with the physical form and transportation facilities of the street,demonstrating the guiding role of the street environment on behavior patterns;Starting from user needs,the proposed renewal strategy has improved the spatial design and management of the street.More dynamic strategies for micro updating public spaces are introduced to balance the conflict between historical and cultural preservation and modern functional needs.
