预应力碳纤维板加固混凝土梁承载性能分析

摘  要:为了探究不同参数对碳纤维增强复合材料(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer,CFRP)加固钢筋混凝土梁(RC梁)抗弯性能的影响,基于ABAQUS软件选择合理的混凝土、钢筋本构模型和损伤因子的计算公式,在CFRP板与混凝土界面选择cohesive接触模拟粘结滑移,建立了精确有效的有限元模型。对比有限元模拟值与试验值发现:各级屈服挠度和极限挠度的误差均小于2.76%,各级特征荷载值的对比误差小于6.51%,显示出良好的吻合度。以是否粘结、预应力水平、CFRP板厚度和宽度4项加固参数进行扩展模拟分析,发现粘结作用能够提高试件的抗剥离能力和承载力,但对梁体刚度的提升效果并不明显;预应力的施加能提高梁的刚度,但会降低梁的延性;增加CFRP板的宽度和厚度有助于提高试件的极限承载力和极限剥离承载力,但会降低CFRP板的利用率。In order to investigate the influence of different parameters on the flexural performance of reinforced concrete(RC)beams with carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP),a reasonable constitutive model for concrete and steel bars and a calculation formula of damage factors were selected based on ABAQUS software.A cohesive contact was selected at the interface between CFRP plate and concrete to simulate bond slip to establish an accurate and effective finite element model.Compared the finite element simulation values with the experimental values,it was found that both the errors of each yield deflection and ultimate deflection were less than 2.76%,and the comparison error of each characteristic load values was less than 6.51%,indicating good agreement.Extended simulation analysis was conducted by four reinforcement parameters of bonding,prestress level,CFRP plate thickness,and width.It was found that bonding can improve the peel resistance and bearing capacity of the specimen,but the effect on improving the stiffness of the beam is not significant;The application of prestress can increase the stiffness of the beam,but it will reduce the ductility of the beam;Increasing the width and thickness of CFRP sheets can help improve the ultimate bearing capacity and ultimate peel capacity of specimens,but it will reduce the utilization rate of CFRP sheets.
