摘 要:针对小半径曲线箱梁桥施工过程中支架施工安全稳定性与成本问题,以云南省龙东格高速公路小江大桥为背景,建立了支架有限元计算模型,研究了支架平面布置选型与力学性能、参数影响和施工成本控制,分析了满堂支架的应力与变形并与监测结果进行了对比。研究结果表明:平行向支架的受力安全性和施工便捷性都优于圆心向和轴线向支架,现场监测数据显示支架监测数据均在规定范围内,现浇法施工安全可靠;支架宽度的增加提高了结构抵抗弯矩的能力,但也导致了承载力的增大;对比碗扣式、盘扣式2种模板支架成本计算结果可知,小江大桥采用盘扣式支架更为经济合理。该研究成果可为现浇曲线箱梁桥施工提供参考与借鉴。For the safety stability and cost problems of brace construction during the construction of small radius curved box-girder bridge,the finite element calculation model of brace was established based on Xiaojiang Bridge of Longdongge Expressway in Yunnan Province to study the selection of brace layout,mechanical properties,parameter influences and cost control,and analyze the stress and deformation of full scaffold and compare the results with the monitoring ones.The results show that the force safety and construction convenience of the parallel stent are better than that of the circle and axis ones.The field monitoring shows that the monitoring data of the stent are within the specified range,and the cast-in-place method is safe and reliable;The increase of the width of the stent improves the ability of the structure to resist bending moments,but also causes the increase of the bearing capacity;Compared two kinds of calculation results of formwork stent cost of the bowl buckling type and the disc buckling type,the disc buckling type stent is more economical and reasonable for the Xiaojiang Bridge.The research results can provide reference for the construction of cast-in-place curved box girder bridge.
