摘　　要：随着我国轨道交通的迅速发展,地铁在城市公共交通体系中发挥着越来越重要的作用。面对人口老龄化的不断加剧,城市轨道交通面临着新的考验,尤其是老年人乘坐地铁面临着语言沟通障碍、信息获取困难等问题。以老年人需求为研究对象,聚焦老年群体乘坐地铁出行的痛点,对北京地铁视听语言服务进行适老化探索。以北京市西直门轨道交通枢纽站为例,通过实地调研、深度访谈和亲历实验,系统地分析了当前老年人乘坐地铁出行存在的问题,切实为地铁视听语言适老化改造提出了建议,以期对北京首善之都的城市发展有所助益。With the rapid development of rail transportation in China,subway is playing an increasingly important role in urban public transportation system.Confront the increasing population aging,urban rail transit is facing new challenges,especially the problems of language communication barriers and difficulties in obtaining information when the elderly people taking the subway.For the elder’s needs as the research subjects,concentrating on the difficult points of subway travel,the aging-friendly adaptation of audio-visual language services in Beijing Subway was explored.Taking Xizhimen Rail Transit Hub Station in Beijing as an example,the current issues of the elderly in subway travel were systematically analyzed by field research,in-depth interviews and personal experience experiments and practical suggestions were provided in order to contribute to the urban development of the exemplary capital city of Beijing.
