摘 要:以某地铁车站出入口为对象,研究了冻结法施工中的2个主要过程:冻结和开挖,并分别揭示了温度场演变规律和开挖过程中变形发展规律。根据工程、水文地质条件以及冷冻管布置和冷冻方案,设定了温度场初始和边界条件,建立了热力耦合模型;根据管棚和冻结法联合加固特点、支撑和岩土参数以及开挖和构筑过程特点,建立了该车站出入口的开挖构筑模型并进行了计算。研究结果表明:在冻结壁温度逐渐趋于稳定后,积极冻结期间产生的最大冻胀变形值为182.7 mm;开挖构筑过程中,竖向、水平向和轴向均产生了变形,其中最大水平向和竖向位移值分别为20.90、61.79 mm。笔者的研究,对冻结法在地铁车站出入口施工中温度场的计算具有借鉴意义,对支护和开挖构筑具有工程参考价值。Taking the entrance and exit of a certain subway station as the object,two main processes of freezing and excavation in the construction by freezing method were studied to respectively reveal the evolution laws of the temperature field and the development laws of deformation during the excavation process.According to the engineering,hydrological conditions,and the layout plan of the freezing pipes and the freezing scheme,the initial and boundary conditions of the temperature field were set,and the thermal-coupling model was established;According to the combined reinforcement characteristics of pipe shed and freezing method,support and geotechnical parameters,as well as the characteristics of the excavation and construction process,the excavation and construction model of the entrance and exit of station were established and calculated.The research results indicate that the maximum frost heave deformation value generated during the active freezing period is 182.7 mm after the temperature of the frozen wall gradually stabilizes;During the excavation and construction process,deformations occur in the vertical,horizontal,and axial directions.Among them,the maximum horizontal displacement and the maximum vertical displacement values are 20.9 mm and 61.79 mm respectively.The author’s research has reference significance for the calculation of the temperature field in the construction of the entrance and exit of subway stations by the freezing method,and has certain engineering reference value for supporting and excavation construction.
