摘 要:以北京地铁13A线天通苑东站扩能工程为依托,通过数值模拟研究了多源干扰条件下暗挖工程施工的邻域建筑物基础的变形规律与控制措施。研究结果表明:建筑物基础会向暗挖工程一侧产生倾斜,基础最大局部倾斜值为0.3‰;该工程中建筑物基础变形主要干扰条件为降水减压与暗挖隧道施工,其影响占比分别为73%、19%,次要干扰条件为竖井与横通道施工,其影响占比为8%。由此,控制措施为小深度降水减压(降至结构底板以下0~2 m)、增大暗挖隧道注浆厚度(宜选取为1.5~2.0 m厚度)。该措施能有效地控制建筑物基础的沉降。Based on the expansion project of Tiantongyuan East Station of Beijing Subway Line 13A,the deformation law and control measures of the adjacent building foundation of the underground excavation project under multisource interference were studied by numerical simulation.The results show that the building foundation will be inclined to the side of the underground excavation project,and the maximum local tilt value is 0.3‰.In this project,the main disturbance conditions for the deformation are precipitation decompression and double-sidewall guide pit tunnel construction,which account for 73%and 19%,respectively.And the secondary disturbance conditions are the construction of vertical shaft and transverse passage,which accounts for 8%.Therefore,the control measures are to reduce the pressure of precipitation at a small depth(down to 0~2 m below the structural floor)and increase the grouting thickness of the underground excavation tunnel(it is advisable to choose a thickness of 1.5~2.0 m).This measure effectively controls the settlement of the building foundation.
