摘 要:笔者针对中国、欧洲、美国设计规范中对水池结构设计裂缝的控制要求,在材料、环境类别、保护层厚度、裂缝宽度限值等方面进行了论述。结合中欧美的裂缝宽度计算公式,对裂缝计算影响因素进行对比,并结合算例展开了分析。研究结果表明:欧美规范在材料和最小保护层厚度方面的要求比我国规范严格;中欧美规范认为裂缝宽度主要与钢筋应力、保护层厚度、钢筋直径有关,美国规范认为受拉钢筋间距和垂直受拉方向钢筋间距也是影响裂缝的重要因素;结合裂缝超限临界弯矩,美国规范的裂缝控制要求最高,其次为中国规范,欧洲规范相对宽松。The requirements for crack control in the design of water tank structures in Chinese,European,and American codes are elaborated from the aspects of materials,environmental categories,protective layer thickness and limit of crack opening.Combined with the crack width calculation formula of Chinese,European and American codes,the influencing factors are compared and analyzed by examples.The research results shows that European and American codes have stricter requirements for materials and the minimum protective layer thickness than Chinese ones;All the codes in China,Europe,and America believe that the crack width is mainly related to the stress of steel bars,the thickness of the protective layer,and the diameter of steel bars.The American codes consider that the spacing between tensile steel bars and the spacing between vertical tensile steel bars are important affecting factors;Combined with the critical bending moment of crack exceeding the limit,the crack control requirements of American codes are the highest,followed by Chinese ones,and European ones are relatively easier.
