摘　　要：随着我国窄路密网的城市道路布局理念的推广与运用,出现了市政管线敷设空间不足等问题,而通过分析现有技术方法又难以符合敷设要求,因此提出了“管线做减法”的技术路线,总结了各类市政管线与地块接驳的特点,并在城市概化模型中开展分析,形成了兼顾地块配给需求和管线综合的规划方法。该方法可成为窄路密网街区市政管线规划范式,对该特征区域的市政管线规划建设有很好的参考意义。其主要内容包括:将生活性主、次干路围合的街区划分为几种不同类型的城市街区模型;根据城市道路建设实际,选取1个类型街区作为市政管线综合的模型开展研究;通过市政管线接驳特点梳理,以电力管线敷设方案为基准,归纳出4种市政管线综合规划模块;最后针对该方法提出了结论与建议。With the promotion and application of the concept of urban road layout with narrow road and dense network in China,there are problems such as insufficient space for municipal pipeline laying.It is difficult to meet the laying requirements through the analysis of existing technical methods,so the technical route of“pipeline subtraction”is proposed.The connection characteristics of various municipal pipelines and land plots are summarized.The analysis is carried out in the urban generalization model to form a planning method that takes into account the demand for land allocation and pipeline synthesis.This method can be used as a municipal pipeline planning paradigm for narrow road and dense network blocks,and has a good reference significance for the planning and construction of municipal pipelines in this characteristic area.The main contents include that the blocks enclosed by the main and secondary roads are divided into several different types of urban block models;According to the actual situation of urban road construction,one type of block is selected as the comprehensive model of municipal pipelines to carry out research;Through combing of the connection characteristics of municipal pipelines,based on the power pipeline laying scheme,four kinds of municipal pipeline comprehensive planning modules are summarized.Finally,conclusions and suggestions are put forward for this method.
