重度脑性昏迷患者家属需求现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨重度脑性昏迷患者家属需求现状及影响因素,为临床制定干预措施提供依据。方法选取2023年2月-2024年3月我院收治的105例重度脑性昏迷患者的家属为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、重度脑性昏迷患者家属需求量表(CCFNI)及社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行调查,影响因素采用单因素及多元线性回归分析。结果105例重度脑性昏迷患者家属的CCFNI得分为(145.69±11.54)分,需求程度处于较高水平;多元线性回归分析结果显示,在职、无照护经验、家庭月收入<5000元、文化程度初中及以下、社会支持低水平是重度脑性昏迷患者家属需求较高的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论重度脑性昏迷患者家属的需求水平普遍较高,医护人员应根据影响因素制定个性化的干预措施,满足重度脑性昏迷患者家属的需求。Objective To investigate the curent situation and influencing factors of the needs of family members of patients with severe cerebral coma,and to provide evidence for clinical intervention measures.Methods The family members of 105 patients with severe cerebral coma admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects,and the general data questionnaire,CCFNI and SSRS were used to investigate,and the influencing factors were univariate and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The CCFNI scores of 105 family members of patients with severe cerebral coma were(145.69±11.54),indicating a high level of need.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that occupational employment,no nursing experience,monthly family income<5000 yuan,junior high school education or below,and low level of social support were independent risk factors for the high demand of family members of patients with severe cerebral coma(P<0.05).Conclusion The demand level of the families of patients with severe cerebral coma is generally high,and the medical staff should formulate personalized intervention measures according to the influencing factors to meet the needs of the families of patients with severe cerebral coma.
