支气管肺发育不良早产儿父母心理感知脆弱现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析支气管肺发育不良(BPD)早产儿父母心理感知脆弱现状及其影响因素。方法选择2021年3月-2024年3月我院收治的153名BPD早产儿的父母为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、父母感知脆弱程度量表(CVS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行调查,影响因素采用单因素及多元线性回归分析。结果153名BPD早产儿的父母CVS总分为(7.14±0.68)分,心理感知脆弱处于一般水平,其中孩子实际病况、父母对失去孩子的恐惧2个维度得分分别为(3.76±0.47)、(3.38±0.29)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,患儿父母年龄、与患儿关系、文化程度、家庭月收入、焦虑、患儿是否为独生子女、患儿支气管肺发育不良分级为BPD早产儿父母心理感知脆弱的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论BPD早产儿父母心理感知脆弱有待改善,医护人员应关注BPD早产儿父母心理感知脆弱水平,针对影响因素制定个体化干预方案,降低BPD早产儿父母心理感知脆弱水平,促进患儿康复。Objective To analyze the psychological vulnerability of parents of preterm infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)and explore its related influencing factors.Methods Parents of 153 preterm infants with BPD treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as subjects.General information scale,Parental perceived vulnerability scale(CVS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used to investigate the problem.Results The CVS score of psychological perceived vulnerability of parents of 153 preterm infants with BPD in this study was(7.14±0.68)points.The scores of the actual disease condition of the child and the fear of losing the child were(3.76±0.47)and(3.38±0.29)points,respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that parents'age,relationship with children,education level,family monthly income,anxiety,only child and grade of bronchopulmonary dysplasia were all influencing factors of psychological perception vulnerability of children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological vulnerability of parents of preterm infants with BPD needs to be improved.During clinical treatment,medical staff can pay attention to the psychological vulnerability level of parents of preterm infants with BPD according to the above factors,and formulate individualized measures for those with high psychological vulnerability level,so as to reduce the psychological vulnerability level of parents and promote the rehabilitation of children.
