摘 要:为研究钢筋混凝土-高强钢板组合结构的抗震塌性能,对3种钢筋混凝土-高强钢板组合结构靶标开展了现场爆炸试验,通过对不同配置的组合结构在接触爆炸条件下的变形情况和破坏形态的对比,分析了钢板材料、钢板和混凝土厚度对组合结构抗震塌性能的影响,并采用数值仿真的方法推演了6 mm厚高强钢板的极限抗震塌性能。结果表明:(1)与普通Q345钢板相比,采用高强钢板作为背板能够有效提高靶标的整体抗震塌能力;(2)通过对比靶标裂缝的数量、测点微应变、爆坑深度、塑性位移以及整体破坏程度可以看出,高强钢板的厚度对靶标的抗震塌能力影响较大;(3)与2号靶标相比,高强钢板作为背板的5号靶标混凝土、钢板用量均减少了25%,塑性变形和混凝土板的破坏程度、范围却明显减小,表明钢筋混凝土板和6 mm厚高强钢板复合后具有更好的抗震塌效果,其相当不震塌系数约为0.186。In order to study the anti-collapse performance of a combined reinforced concrete and high-strength steel plate structures,on-site explosion tests were conducted on three types of combined reinforced concrete and high-strength steel plate structure targets.By comparing the deformation and destruction modes of different configurations of combined structures under contact explosion conditions,the effects of steel plate materials,the thickness of steel plates and concrete on the anti-collapse performance of the structure were analyzed,and numerical simulation analysis was conducted on the limit anti-collapse performance of 6 mm-thick high-strength steel plates.The results indicate that:(1)compared to the damage level of targets using ordinary steel plates,high-strength steel plates used as backplates can effectively improve the anti-collapse performance of targets;(2)by comparing the number of cracks,the micro-strain on the measuring point,the depth of the explosion crater,the plastic displacement of the steel plate,and the overall damage in the target,it can be seen that the thickness of the high-strength steel plate has a significant effect on the anti-collapse performance of the target;(3)compared with target 2,target 5 has a reduced amount of concrete and steel plates by 25%,while the plastic deformation of the target and the degree and range of damage to the concrete plate are significantly reduced,which indicates that reinforced concrete combined with 6 mm high-strength steel plates has better anti-collapse efficiency;it has an equivalent anti-collapse coefficient of approximately 0.186.
