摘 要:为研究高抗力钢结构拱形防护门的抗爆性能,利用LS-DYNA软件建立防护门有限元模型并与传统梁板式防护门的抗爆性能进行对比分析。研究了2种防护门在爆炸冲击波作用下的门扇位移、等效应力、等效塑性应变及加速度响应。结果表明,在常规爆炸载荷作用下,高抗力拱形钢结构防护门的抗爆性能优于尺寸大致相同的梁板式防护门,且防护门未出现明显损伤破坏。经过合理的优化设计,可构建出防护效果更优异的防护构件。In order to investigate the anti-blast performance of high-resistance steel arch blast doors,a finite element model of such doors was established by using LS-DYNA software,the blast resistance of the door was compared with traditional beam-plate doors,and the door displacement,equivalent stress,equivalent plastic strain and acceleration response under the effect of blast wave were studied.The results show that under the conventional explosion load,the anti-blast performance of the high-resistance arched steel structure doors is superior than that of similar sized beam-plate doors,and no obvious damage is presented on the blast door.It is proved that,through rationale and optimized design,a better protective structure can be constructed.
