摘 要:将第一代基于性能的设计方法引入钢筋混凝土框架结构设计中,综合考虑概念设计、结构设计、性能验证等环节,提出钢筋混凝土框架基于性能的抗爆设计方法。首先,确定框架结构整体的性能目标,根据爆炸历史数据,确定不同爆炸烈度;基于抗震和抗爆设计规范,划分结构性能水平;基于风险分析方法,阐述建筑结构花费最优性能目标的确定方法。其次,将结构整体的性能目标分解到构件中,确定构件的性能目标,根据爆炸烈度和建筑特点确定爆炸荷载,基于抗震和抗爆设计规范划分构件性能水平,区分构件重要性程度并确定构件的性能目标。再次,根据构件的性能目标进行结构设计。最后,检验框架结构整体的安全性和经济性。This paper introduced the first generation performance-based design method into the RC frame structure,and proposed a performance-based blast-resistant design method by comprehensively considering the conceptual design,structural design and behavior verification.First,determining the performance targets of RC frames:to determine different explosion intensities according to the historical explosion data;to divide the structural performance levels based on anti-seismic and anti-blast design specifications;to elaborate the method of realizing optimal performance targets of the whole RC frame based on risk analysis.Secondly,determining the performance target of RC components by separating the performance targets of the whole RC frame structure into components:to identify the explosion loads according to the explosion intensity and the characteristics of the structure;to divide the performance levels of the RC components based on the anti-seismic and anti-blast design.Thirdly,carrying out structural design according to the performance target of the RC components.And finally,verifying the overall safety and economy of the RC frame structure.
