摘 要:战斗部毁伤效能因引信设定下的侵爆深度各异。为对不同起爆方式下弹体真实侵爆深度进行分析,开展了大口径弹体侵彻花岗岩试验。在结果验证基础上,建立了弹体刚性侵彻岩靶数值计算模型;在侵彻过程量纲分析基础上,建立简化侵彻特征量工程计算模型,结合参数化数值模拟,拟合得到0.037~0.565 m弹径尺度范围内弹体侵彻特征量经验关系式;对战斗部单路引信工作原理进行分析,得到3种典型起爆方式设定下的侵深工程算法。结果表明,工程算法对弹体侵深时程规律预测效果较好,相比传统空腔膨胀理论方法的预测精度可提升6.9%;其对不同起爆方式下弹体侵深预测具有一定准确性,可为弹体侵彻花岗岩的真实起爆深度分析提供参考。The damage efficiency of the warhead varies with the penetration depth under the fuze setting.To analyze the real penetration and explosion depth of the projectile under different initiation modes,the test of a largecaliber projectile penetrating into granite was carried out.Based on the verification of the test results,the numerical model of rigid penetration of projectile into rock target was established.Based on the dimensional analysis of the penetration process,a simplified engineering algorithm of the penetration characteristic quantity was established.Combined with the parametric numerical simulations,the empirical relationship of the penetration characteristic quantity of the projectile in the range of 0.037~0.565 m diameter was fitted.The working principle of a single fuze of warhead was analyzed,and the engineering algorithm of penetration depth under three typical initiation modes was obtained.The results showed that the engineering algorithm has a good prediction effect on the time history law of penetration depth,and the prediction accuracy can be improved by 6.9%compared with the traditional cavity expansion theory method.It had certain accuracy in predicting the penetration depth of the projectile under different initiation modes,which can provide a reference for the analysis of the real initiation depth of projectile penetrating granite.
