摘  要:当前强电磁环境对电子设备和信息化武器电磁屏蔽防护能力提出了更高要求,为此制备了兼具高电磁屏蔽能力和轻量化属性的聚合物涂层材料。基于X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱等手段,对材料的微观形貌和组分进行了详细表征。应用纳米压痕仪和矢量网络分析仪研究了6种不同rGO掺量对复合涂层表面力学性能和电磁屏蔽效能的影响。制备的涂层材料厚度为200μm,密度为1.37 g/cm^(3),压痕模量为10.8 GPa,在300 MHz~18 GHz波段内最高电磁屏蔽效能为42.8 dB。结果表明,聚合物涂层材料屏蔽电磁波方式以吸收为主,掺入rGO改善了涂层材料的力学性能和电磁屏蔽能力。相较于无rGO的涂层,rGO含量为0.9%的涂层压痕模量增加了68.75%,总屏蔽效能提高了11.7%。The current strong electromagnetic environment puts higher requirements on the electromagnetic shielding and protection capability of electronic equipment and informatization weapons.Hence,a kind of polymer coating material with both high electromagnetic shielding capability and lightweight properties was produced.The report fully characterized the microscopic morphology and components of the material based on X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy.The prepared coating material has a thickness of 200μm,a density of 1.37 g/cm^(3),an indentation modulus of 10.8 GPa,and a maximum electromagnetic shielding efficiency of 42.8 dB within the 300 MHz~18 GHz band.The effects of six different rGO(reduced graphene oxide)contents on the mechanical properties and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the composite coated surface were investigated by applying nanoindentation and vector network analyzer.The results show that the shielding mode of polymer coatings is mainly by the absorption of electromagnetic waves,and adding rGO content improves the mechanical properties and electromagnetic shielding performance of the coating material.Compared with the coating without rGO,the indentation modulus of the coating with a 0.9%of rGO content increases by 68.75%,and the total shielding efficiency increases by 11.7%.
