摘 要:以某防护工程均匀送风管道设计计算为例,结合实际工程中常用的变截面和等截面送风方式,分析该长距离送风系统三通旁通管局部阻力对均匀送风计算的影响,提出以支管实际阻力计算值进行阻力平衡计算。变截面风管均匀送风计算,采用静压复得法得到的管道断面尺寸和风速不能满足工程实际应用;采用控制流速法得出的管道静压顺气流方向逐渐减小,支管阻力不平衡率不满足规范要求,需采取调节措施。等截面风管均匀送风计算,管道静压存在最小值,在限定流速范围内,支管阻力不平衡率可以通过调整风管断面尺寸达到规范要求。Taking a protective project as example,and in conjunction with variable and constant cross-section air supply mode commonly used in practice,this paper analyzed the influence of local resistance of bypass duct on uniform air distribution calculation of this long-distance ventilation system,and proposed a resistance balance calculation based on the actual resistance of the branch duct.For the uniform air distribution calculation of variable cross section air duct,the pipe section and speed obtained by Static Regain Method cannot meet actual engineering application;the static pressure of the pipeline obtained by Flow Speed Control Method decreases gradually along the direction of airflow and adjustment measurement is needed,because the resistance unbalance rate of the branch duct can’t meet the specification requirements.For the uniform air distribution calculation of constant cross section air duct,there is a minimum static pressure,and the resistance unbalance rate of the branch duct can meet the specification requirements by adjusting the duct section within the limited speed range.
