摘 要:合成了新型的高强韧聚脲弹性体,并与电磁屏蔽填料结合,制备出兼具优异力学强度、耐机械损伤性能及电磁屏蔽性能的涂层材料。制备的透明电磁屏蔽聚脲膜,具有80.8%的透明度和最高32.1 dB的电磁屏蔽效能,拉伸强度达到58.5 MPa,断裂韧性为227.9 MJ/m^(3)。制备的叠层结构电磁屏蔽聚脲材料,拉伸强度为55.0 MPa,断裂韧性为233.6 MJ/m^(3),在3.9~18.0 GHz频率范围内的最高电磁干扰屏蔽效能为87.8 dB。评估了多层叠加结构电磁屏蔽聚脲涂层对钢筋混凝土板的爆炸防护作用。结果表明:聚脲防护涂层显著增强了钢筋混凝土板的抗爆能力。相较于无涂层的原始钢筋混凝土板,有聚脲防护的钢筋混凝土板迎爆面破坏直径减小了66.7%,背爆面破片降为0。In this work,a novel polyurea elastomer with high strength and toughness was synthesized and then combined with electromagnetic shielding fillers to prepare a coating with excellent mechanical strength,mechanical damage resistance,and electromagnetic shielding performance.The transparent electromagnetic shielding polyurea film has a transparency of 80.8%,an electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of 32.1 dB,a tensile strength of 58.5 MPa,and a fracture toughness of 227.9 MJ/m^(3).The prepared laminated structure electromagnetic shielding polyurea coatings has a tensile strength of 55.0 MPa,fracture toughness of 233.6 MJ/m^(3),and a maximum electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness of 87.8 dB within the frequency range of 3.9-18.0 GHz.The explosion protection effect of the polyurea coatings on reinforced concrete slabs was evaluated.The results show that the polyurea protective coatings significantly enhances the blast-resistance performance of the reinforced concrete slabs.Compared with the uncoated concrete slab,the damage diameter of the front blasting surface on the concrete slab with polyurea protection was reduced by 66.7%,and the fragments on the back blasting surface was reduced to zero.
