摘  要:为开展脉冲推进风洞天平基础在气动载荷作用下的振动位移特征模型研究,以某脉冲推进风洞天平基础为例,引入了质-弹-阻理论,提出了脉冲推进风洞天平基础在典型气动载荷作用下水平方向与竖直方向位移的计算方法,并通过有限元数值模拟对比验证了其有效性。结果表明,基于质-弹-阻理论的计算方法能基本反映天平基础的受力特点。由理论计算可知,在气动载荷作用下,天平基础控制点振动位移极小,幅值达到了10^(-2)mm量级,水平向振动位移最大值为0.058 mm,竖直向振动位移最大值为0.028 mm。通过有限元模拟和理论计算结果对比,验证了理论计算的有效性。In order to study the vibration displacement characteristic model of the impulse propulsion wind tunnel balance foundation under the action of impulse aerodynamic loads,with an impulse propulsion wind tunnel balance foundation as an example,the introduction of mass-spring-dashpot theory,analysis model of the impulse propulsion wind tunnel balance foundation under the action of typical aerodynamic loads is established for dynamic characteristics such as displacement of vertical direction and horizontal direction,and its validity is verified by finite element numerical simulation.The results show that the calculation method based on mass-spring-dashpot theory can basically reflect the force characteristics of balance foundation.According to the theoretical calculation,under the action of aerodynamic load,the vibration displacement of the balance foundation control point is very small,with the magnitude of 10^(-2)mm,the maximum horizontal vibration displacement is 0.058 mm,and the maximum vertical vibration displacement is 0.028 mm.The results of finite element simulation and theoretical calculation are compared to verify the validity of theoretical calculation.This research is of great significance to the safety protection of impulse propulsion wind tunnel.
