摘 要:目前城市地下空间的连通和连通道防护实施率较低。经过对杭州相关线路和站点的实地调研,从宏观政策、现行技术等方面论述了实现互连互通防护功能的可行性,同时对关键问题进行了分析,建议规划先行统筹战备通道、平战转换落实战时防护、以人为本落实战时设计,根据设防城市分类将战备连通道精准分级,设计对接智能交通使用,助力打造以轨道交通为轴线的网络式城市综合防护体系。In view of the relatively low-rate implementation of protection of urban underground space connectivity and passages,a field investigation of relevant subway lines and stations in Hangzhou was carried out,the feasibility of realizing connectivity protection function was discussed from the perspectives of macro policy and current technology,and key problems were analyzed.It is suggested that the planning should first coordinately consider combat readiness passages,wartime protection should be implemented by shifting between peacetime and wartime transportation and wartime design should be based on the people-oriented principle;combat readiness passages should be accurately graded according to the classification of fortified cities;and intelligent connecting transportation should be designed to help build a networked,comprehensive urban protection system with rail transport lines as the axes.
