摘 要:抗爆间室用于火炸药及其制品的生产和储存,揭示内爆炸作用下抗爆间室的结构动态响应,对于保障人民生命、财产安全具有重要意义。通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,使用ALE流固耦合算法和JWL炸药爆轰状态方程,建立某一实际抗爆间室数值模型。研究结果表明:在内爆炸作用下,作用在抗爆间室墙(板)表面上的爆炸冲击波波形表现为具有多个峰值的锯齿形,靠近顶板与中墙连接处的冲击波出现明显的聚能效应;位于墙(板)连接处的超压峰值及冲量峰值明显大于其他处。在内爆炸作用下,抗爆间室的破坏模式主要为顶板边缘处发生斜剪破坏。Blast resistant chamber is used to store explosive materials such as explosives,fireworks,and firecrackers.Revealing the structural dynamic response of blast resistant chambers under internal explosion is of great significance for ensuring the safety of people’s lives and property.For this purpose,a numerical model of an actual blast resistant chamber was established by using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software for nonlinear dynamic analysis by the ALE fluid structure coupling algorithm and the JWL explosive detonation state equation.The research results indicate that under the effect of internal explosion,the waveform of the blast wave acting on the surface of the blast resistant chamber wall(plate)exhibits a sawtooth shape with multiple peaks,and the blast wave near the connection between the top plate and the middle wall shows a significant energy gathering effect;the peak overpressure and impulse values located at the connection between the walls(plates)are significantly higher,and the failure mode of the blast resistant chamber is oblique shear failure at the edge of the roof.
