摘  要:为研究T300/Epoxy层合板抗弹侵彻性能,设计5种厚度及3种铺层方式的层合板,采用7.62 mm子弹以400~650 m/s的着靶速度开展侵彻试验,并对侵彻深度、变形过程及损伤模式进行了比较分析。研究结果表明,铺层方式为[0/±45/90]S的25 mm厚层合板弹道极限速度约为503 m/s,相同铺层方式的30 mm厚层合板弹道极限速度介于602~650 m/s之间;在相同厚度条件下,[-45/0/45/90/0/0/-45/90/45/0]S铺层相较于[0/90]S和[0/±45/90]S铺层展现出更优的抗侵彻性能;随着厚度的增加,分层和背凸先增强后减弱;当着靶速度接近弹道极限速度时,层合板分层现象最明显。In order to investigate the ballistic penetration resistance of T300/Epoxy laminates,five different thicknesses and three layering modes were designed,and penetration tests were conducted using 7.62 mm bullets at impact velocities ranging from 400 m/s to 650 m/s,and a comparative analysis was performed on the penetration depth,deformation process,and damage forms.The results indicate that the ballistic limit velocity of 25 mm thick laminates with a layering[0/±45/90]S is approximately 503 m/s,while that of 30 mm thick laminates with the same layering is between 602 m/s and 650 m/s.Under the same thickness,the laminates with a layering[-45/0/45/90/0/0/-45/90/45/0]S show better penetration resistance than those with layering of[0/90]S and[0/±45/90]S.With the increasing of thickness,the delamination and dorsal convex first increased and then decreased.When the impact velocity is close to the ballistic limit velocity,the delamination in the laminates is most significant.
