摘  要:核电站作为我国核安全战略的重要组成部分,所面临的风险威胁和安全防卫问题亟待解决。分析敌“探测—打击—后果”的逻辑关系和作用机理,遴选3种类别11个影响核电站遭袭风险产生的典型因素,构建风险评价指标体系;提出基于因子比较的风险相对优势度函数,获取不同指标条件下各类风险的优势度数据;利用熵权法计算指标权重,对核电站遭袭风险评价指标进行排序,并给出加强核电站风险防范的建议。As a crucial component of China′s nuclear safety strategy,the risks and security defense issues faced by nuclear power plants require urgent attention.The paper analyzes the logical relationship and mechanism of action in the enemy′s"detection-strike-consequence"paradigm and selects 11 typical factors across three categories that influence the risk of attacks on nuclear power plants,thereby constructing a risk assessment indicator system.A risk relative dominance function based on factor comparison is proposed to obtain dominance data for various risks under different indicator conditions.The entropy weight method is employed to calculate the weights of the indicators,ranking the risk assessment indicators for nuclear power plants under attack and providing recommendations for enhancing risk prevention measures.
