摘 要:为提升植生混凝土的伪装效果,研究了骨料粒径、孔隙率和水灰比对植生混凝土伪装材料内部孔隙结构的影响机理。首先基于不同骨料粒径及水灰比条件,制备目标孔隙率20%和35%的植生混凝土试件;其次采集试件切割后截面图像数据,利用自适应模糊阈值算法、Otsu阈值算法、Matlab和Image-Pro Plus等对混凝土截面进行图像处理,表明自适应模糊阈值算法图像处理结果能够真实反映混凝土多孔结构特征;最后分析不同骨料粒径、孔隙率和水灰比条件下,混凝土内部各孔径区间范围孔隙结构分布规律。结果表明:骨料粒径对孔隙直径的影响较为显著,骨料粒径越大孔径越大,孔隙率越大或降低水泥用量混凝土越易形成中大型孔隙。In order to improve the camouflage effect of vegetation concrete,this paper conducted research on the influential mechanism of aggregate size,porosity and water-cement ratio on internal porosity of the material.First,based on aggregate gradation of different size and water-cement ratio,specimens with target porosity of 20%and 35%were prepared;then,the cutting images of the concrete blocks were collected,and the cross-section images of the concrete were processed by using adaptive fuzzy threshold method,Otsu threshold calculation,Matlab and Image-Pro Plus,the results truly reflected the characteristics of concrete porous structure;lastly,the distribution of porous structure in various ranges was analyzed.It was concluded that the aggregate particle size is positively cor⁃related with pore size,and aggregate particle size is sensitive to small and medium-sized pores;the larger the parti⁃cle size is,the larger the concrete porosity is.
