摘 要:“三软”煤层地质条件促使区段煤柱承载性能弱化,为避免煤柱失稳常留设大煤柱,造成资源浪费,提高煤炭资源的回采率,本文以安阳煤矿1513回采工作面的区段煤柱合理宽度优化为研究背景,基于“三软”煤层赋存特征,采用理论分析和数值模拟的方法对煤柱内的支承压力及弹塑性区展开研究。研究得到区段煤柱合理宽度,并通过现场应用验证其科学合理性。研究结果表明,区段煤柱塑性区应力明显高于弹性核心区,并得到了两区范围,结合数值模拟不同煤柱宽度应力分布特征,得到了不同宽度的区段煤柱变形破坏特征,以及塑性区分布特征。将研究结论应用于现场监测,表明1513回采工作面区段煤柱合理宽度为20 m。本文研究一定程度上提高了煤层回采率,减少煤炭资源的浪费,增加经济效益,同时为相似开采条件下区段煤柱的优化设计提供了有益参考。The geological conditions of the“three soft”coal seam weaken the bearing capacity of the section coal pillar.In order to avoid the instability of the coal pillar,the large coal pillar is often retained,resulting in waste of resources.In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources,this paper takes the reasonable width optimization of section coal pillar in 1513 working face of Anyang Coal Mine as the research background.Based on the occurrence characteristics of“three soft”coal seam,the support stress and elastic-plastic zone in coal pillar are studied by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The reasonable width of section coal pillar is obtained,and its scientific rationality is verified by field application.The research shows that the stress in the plastic zone of the section coal pillar is significantly higher than that in the elastic core zone,and the two-zone range is obtained.Combined with the numerical simulation of the stress distribution characteristics of different coal pillar widths,the deformation and failure characteristics of the section coal pillar with different widths and the distribution characteristics of the plastic zone are obtained.The research conclusion is applied to on-site monitoring,which show that the reasonable width of section coal pillar in 1513 working face is 20 m.This study improves the recovery rate of coal seam to a certain extent,reduces the waste of coal resources,increases economic benefits,and provides a useful reference for the optimization design of section coal pillar under similar mining conditions.
