数字乡村发展影响农户创业的机制研究

摘　　要：县域数字乡村发展推动农村地区家庭创业是实现乡村振兴的重要途径。本文聚焦数字乡村发展的主战场——县域层面,基于2020年的中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据库和县域数字乡村指数(2020)数据库的匹配数据对数字乡村发展对农户创业的影响及机制进行实证检验。研究发现,数字乡村发展对农户创业产生了显著的带动作用,在东部地区最为明显,且更有利于高社会资本的农户创业;此外,数字乡村发展对不同农户创业类型的影响存在差异,在农村地区对生存型创业影响较为显著,对机会型创业影响较小。进一步机制分析表明,数字乡村发展不仅可以从需求端通过扩大消费需求带动农户创业,还可以从供给端通过提高农户自身的信息利用水平、提高风险承担能力以及增加创业资金的机制来缓解三大资本约束,从而促进农户创业。本研究为农户创业探寻了内在机制,丰富了县域经济实现稳定增长的政策建议。Promoting family entrepreneurship in rural areas through the development of county-level digital rural areas in China is an important way to achieve rural revitalization.This paper focuses on the main battlefield of digital rural development-the county level.Based on the matching data of the China Household Tracking Survey(CFPS)database and the County Digital Rural Index(2020)database,this paper makes an empirical test on the impact and mechanism of digital rural development on rural households'entrepreneurship.It is found that the development of digital countryside has a significant driving effect on rural entrepreneurship,which is most obvious in the eastern region,and is more conducive to rural entrepreneurship with high social capital.In addition,the development of digital countryside has different impacts on different types of farmer'entrepreneurship.In rural areas,the impact on subsistence entrepreneurship is more significant,while the impact on opportunity entrepreneurship is less.Further mechanism analysis shows that the development of digital countryside can not only drive farmers'entrepreneurship by expanding consumption demand from the demand side,but also alleviate the three capital constraints by improving farmers'own information utilization level,improving risk bearing capacity and increasing venture capital from the supply side,thus promoting farmers'entrepreneurship.This study explores the internal mechanism for farmers'entrepreneurship and enriches the policy suggestions for the county economy to achieve stable growth.
